Petit Cadeau footwear is prepared during scheduled weekly fulfillment runs and usually ships within 2–5 business days. During our current inventory relocation, some footwear orders may require up to 7 business days before carrier acceptance. Partner-fulfilled accessories ship directly from the supplier, so processing times vary. Tracking is emailed when each shipment is processed.

Some items are fulfilled by Petit Cadeau, while partner-fulfilled accessories ship directly from the brand supplying them. If an order contains products from different fulfillment locations, the items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment as it becomes available.

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated dates are calculated for your address and shown at checkout. Rates and timing vary by product, fulfillment partner, destination, and service level. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time, and a faster carrier service does not shorten order preparation.
